This is one of my favorite fall treats to satisfy my ‘basic white-girl’ craving for all things pumpkin spice without completely sabotaging a healthy diet.
1 c. Mashed Sweet Potatoes
Stevia, to taste
Pumpkin pie spice, to taste
¼ tsp. vanilla extract
Mix all the ingredients together! It takes a little bit of taste-testing to get the right amount of spice and sweet. If you can fit the butter into your macros, that is great! I don’t think it’s completely necessary. If you don’t like the taste of Stevia, feel free to substitute a different sweetener or omit it completely.
