In a large skillet or wok, heat the coconut oil. Add the beef, onion, ginger, garlic and salt and pepper. Stir often and cook until the beef is no longer pink. Add the coleslaw and cook until wilted. Then, add the sir fry sauce and stir until well combined. Remove from heat.
Serve topped with sesame seeds and/or green onions and enjoy!
