Anyone, member or not, is welcome to join us on Saturday mornings. For the first month, all drop-in’s are FREE. Come check it out and get a great workout!
Every Saturday there will be two different variations of the same workout depending on your goals and capabilities. The first option is “Performance” training and is geared for anyone looking to burn some calories, build muscle and get a great workout in a low-risk atmosphere. This is an option that ANYONE can do.
The next option is the “Competitors” training, which will have movements and intensities more suited to people who are looking to compete in the sport of fitness.
With a partner in an “I go, you go” fashion,
6 rounds each of
12 pull ups (or 15 ring rows)
With a partner I an “I go you go” fashion
10 box jump burpees
12 chest to bar pull ups
20 barbell overhead lunges
